Sargent Estate

This early 1930’s Georgian style colonial underwent extensive renovations. The landscape compliments interior renovations by accommodating the needs of a modern lifestyle with traditional materials. From the front, a rolling, lush lawn and a cobble-lined driveway with mature vegetation provide an inviting sense of arrival. Traditional plantings surround the parking court and celebrate the residence’s front entryway. An antique Italian water-well serves as a focal point and anchor to a mossy garden path, connecting the opposing side of the landscape. The Interior floor plan transitions onto a bluestone patio space and lush surrounding landscape.
