Pocket Garden

Sitting atop what was once the Charles River Basin, MSC transformed an abandoned lot located on a prominent corner of Beacon Hill into a private pocket garden. This design comprises a series of intricate and well thought out construction details that provide creative solutions for drainage and maintain the structural integrity of abutting buildings. The design incorporates the use of materials prevalent to the historic neighborhood while accommodating the needs of modern times.
