We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to guide seasonal property care across a range of client sites. This role calls for a solid working knowledge of garden and landscape care, clear communication, and the ability to lead a small crew through the daily operations of fine garden and grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a maintenance crew in daily operations, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to company standards

• Oversee turf care, seasonal pruning, deadheading, edging, weeding, and general garden upkeep

• Train and guide crew members in best landscape maintenance best practices and site presentation

• Communicate site progress and needs with supervisors and office staff

• Maintain clean, orderly, and professional job sites

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of landscape maintenance experience, including team leadership

• Strong knowledge of seasonal care, turf health, and pruning techniques

• Proficient with standard landscape maintenance equipment

• Strong communicator with an eye for detail and accountability

• Ability to work in various weather conditions

• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays based on seasonal demand

• Valid driver’s license preferred
