
CONSTRUCTION FIELD SUPERVISOR

We work closely with top-tier landscape architects and design firms to bring refined outdoor spaces to life through expert craftsmanship and horticultural insight.
We’re seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Field Supervisor to support our project managers and lead field operations across multiple active job sites. This role serves as a key link between crews, project management, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring quality, safety, and scheduling stay on track. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, a deep understanding of construction processes, and a working knowledge of landscape best practices, including grading, planting, drainage, and finish detailing.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager with all aspects of assigned landscape construction projects.
Manage short-term scheduling through 3–5 Day Plans.
Coordinate daily field operations for +/- 3 crews.
Act as the primary on-site point of contact for general contractors and design team.
Ensure field staff receive timely updates on specifications, change orders, and scope of work.
Confirm each project is properly staffed and equipped, including coordination of materials, machines, tools, and subcontractors.
Maintain MSC quality standards across all fieldwork and reinforce landscape best practices in layout, execution, and finish work.
Manage procurement of short lead-time materials and deliveries.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an on-site construction field supervisor.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and material coordination.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and layout plans.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Comfortable using digital tools to manage documentation and communication.
Clear communicator with the ability to manage crews, interface with clients, and report effectively to the Project Manager.
